Chapter 27: Viśvāmitra Teaches Rāma to Summon Divine Weapons
Text 1.27.1

अथ तां रजनीमुष्य विश्वामित्रो महायशाः।
प्रहस्य राघवं वाक्यमुवाच मधुराक्षरम्॥

atha tāṁ rajanīm uṣya viśvāmitro mahā-yaśāḥ
prahasya
rāghavaṁ vākyam uvāca madhurākṣaram

atha tām rajanīm = that night; uṣya = having passed; viśvāmitraḥ = Viśvāmitra; mahā-yaśāḥ = of great fame; prahasya = mildly smiled; rāghavam = at Rāghava; vākyam = the following words; uvāca = and spoke; madhura-akṣaram of = sweet syllables.

Having passed that night, Viśvāmitra of great fame mildly smiled at Rāghava and spoke the following words of sweet syllables.

This chapter describes how Lord Rāma obtained weapons from Viśvāmitra.
