यष्टुकामो महायज्ञं तदनुज्ञातुमर्हथ।
गुरुपुत्रानहं सर्वान्नमस्कृत्य प्रसादये॥
yaṣṭukāmo mahā-yajñaṁ tad anujñātum arhatha
guru-putrān ahaṁ sarvān namaskṛtya prasādaye
yaṣṭukāmaḥ mahā-yajñam = I want to perform a great sacrifice; tat anujñātum arhatha = please permit this sacrifice; guru-putrān aham sarvān namaskṛtya = I offer my respectful obeisances to all of you, my guru’s sons; prasādaye = I beg for your mercy [upon me].
