Chapter 62: Śunaḥśepa Saved
Text 1.62.15
तेषां तद्वचनं श्रुत्वा पुत्राणां मुनिपुङ्गवः।
क्रोधसंरक्तनयनो व्याहर्तुमुपचक्रमे॥
teṣāṁ tad vacanaṁ śrutvā putrāṇāṁ muni-puṅgavaḥ
krodha-saṁrakta-nayano vyāhartum upacakrame
teṣām = of his; tat vacanam = the words; śrutvā = hearing; putrāṇām = sons; muni-puṅgavaḥ = the best of sages; krodha-saṁrakta-nayanaḥ = while his eyes became red with anger; vyāhartum = to speak; upacakrame = began.
Hearing the words of his sons, the best of sages began to speak while his eyes became red with anger.
