Chapter 62: Śunaḥśepa Saved
Text 1.62.21
शुनःशेपो गृहीत्वा ते द्वे गाथे सुसमाहितः।
त्वरया राजसिंहं तमम्बरीषमुवाच ह॥
śunaḥśepo gṛhītvā te dve gāthe susamāhitaḥ
tvarayā rāja-siṁhaṁ tam ambarīṣam uvāca ha
śunaḥśepaḥ = Śunaḥśepa; gṛhītvā = then received; te dve gāthe = those two verses; susamāhitaḥ = with full attention of mind; tvarayā = he quickly reached; rāja-siṁham tam ambarīṣam = the lionlike King Ambarīṣa; uvāca ha = and told him as follows.
Śunaḥśepa then received those two verses with full attention of mind. He quickly reached the lionlike King Ambarīṣa and told him as follows.
