Text 1.7.15

कश्चिन्न दुष्टस्तत्रासीत्परदाररतो नरः।
प्रशान्तं सर्वमेवासीद्राष्ट्रं पुरवरं च तत्॥

kaścin na duṣṭas tatrāsīt para-dāra-rato naraḥ
praśāntaṁ sarvam evāsīd rāṣṭraṁ pura-varaṁ ca tat

There was not even a single man in the city or country crooked or devoted to another’s wife. [On the other hand], the entire kingdom and excellent city was peaceful.

All residents of the city and country were free from immorality and adharma.
