Chapter 74: The Arrival of Paraśurāma

तान्दृष्ट्वा राजशार्दूलो वसिष्ठं पर्यपृच्छत॥
tān dṛṣṭvā rāja-śārdūlo vasiṣṭhaṁ paryapṛcchata
tān dṛṣṭvā = noticing them; rāja-śārdūlaḥ = the tiger among kings; vasiṣṭham = Vasiṣṭha; paryapṛcchata = humbly asked as follows.
Noticing them, the tiger among kings humbly asked Vasiṣṭha as follows.
