आह्वये लोकपालांस्त्रीन्देवाञ्शक्रमुखांस्तथा।
आतिथ्यं कर्तुमिच्छामि तत्र मे संविधीयताम्॥
āhvaye loka-pālāṁs trīn devāñ śakra-mukhāṁs tathā
ātithyaṁ kartum icchāmi tatra me saṁvidhīyatām
āhvaye = I call; loka-pālān = the lokapāla demigods; trīn = three; devān śakra-mukhān = the devas under Indra; tathā = and; ātithyam = hospitality; kartum = to provide; icchāmi = I wish; tatra me saṁvidhīyatām = may they make the necessary arrangements in this regard for my sake.
I call the three lokapāla demigods and the devas under Indra. I wish to provide hospitality. May they make the necessary arrangements in this regard for my sake.
Here he calls the three lokapāla demigods Yama, Varuṇa and Kuvera to protect the food, drinks and so on. The devas under Indra refer to Agni and so on.
