इमं तु कालं वनिते विजह्रिवांस्त्वया च सीते सह लक्ष्मणेन च।
रतिं प्रपत्स्ये कुलधर्मवर्धनीं सतां पथि स्वैर्नियमैः परैः स्थितः॥
imaṁ tu kālaṁ vanite vijahrivāṁs
tvayā ca sīte saha lakṣmaṇena ca
ratiṁ prapatsye kula-dharma-vardhanīṁ
satāṁ pathi svair niyamaiḥ paraiḥ sthitaḥ
imam tu kālam = this time of fourteen years; vanite = lady; vijahrivān = if I could happily spend; tvayā ca = with you; sīte = Sītā; saha lakṣmaṇena = Lakṣmaṇa; ca = and; ratim = royal happiness; prapatsye = I will attain; kula-dharma-vardhanīm = that enhances the dharma of our dynasty; satām = of the saintly kings; pathi = on the path; svaiḥ niyamaiḥ paraiḥ = with excellent regulations fit for Me; sthitaḥ = while staying.
Lady Sītā, if I could happily spend this time of fourteen years with you and Lakṣmaṇa while staying on the path of the saintly kings with excellent regulations fit for Me, I will attain royal happiness that enhances the dharma of our dynasty.

Kula-dharma-vardhinīm (“that enhances the dharma of our dynasty”) refers to maintaining the citizens [in the kingdom].
