Text 3.57.6

य एते राक्षसाः प्रोक्ता घोररूपा महाबलाः।
राघवे निर्विषाः सर्वे सुपर्णे पन्नगा यथा॥

ya ete rākṣasāḥ proktā ghora-rūpā mahā-balāḥ
rāghave nirviṣāḥ sarve suparṇe pannagā yathā

ye = that; ete = these; rākṣasāḥ = rākṣasas; proktāḥ = you have described as; ghora-rūpāḥ = being terrible in appearance; mahā-balāḥ = and greatly powerful; rāghave = before Rāghava; nirviṣāḥ = are powerless; sarve = all; suparṇe = before Garuḍa; pannagāḥ = snakes; yathā = like.

All these rākṣasas that you have described as being terrible in appearance and greatly powerful are powerless before Rāghava like snakes before Garuḍa.1

1 The verse can also mean: “In front of Rāghava, all these rākṣasas that you have described as being terrible in appearance and greatly powerful are like nonpoisonous snakes before Garuḍa.”
