Canto 1 - Boyhood
Bāla-kāṇḍa
Chapter 10: Ṛśyaśṛṅga Comes to Romapada’s kingdom
Text 1.10.5

गणिकास्तत्र गच्छन्तु रूपवत्यः स्वलङ्कृताः।
प्रलोभ्य विविधोपायैरानयिष्यन्ति सत्कृताः॥

gaṇikās tatra gacchantu rūpavatyaḥ svalaṅkṛtāḥ
pralobhya vividhopāyair ānayiṣyanti satkṛtāḥ

gaṇikāḥ = courtesans; tatra = there; gacchantu = let go; rūpavatyaḥ = beautiful; svalaṅkṛtāḥ = and well decorated; pralobhya = deceiving him; vividha-upāyaiḥ = through various means; ānayiṣyanti = they will bring him; satkṛtāḥ = and being respected by Ṛśyaśṛṅga.

Let beautiful and well decorated courtesans go there. Deceiving him through various means and being respected by Ṛśyaśṛṅga, they will bring him.

This verse answers the questions: Which sense objects will be used? Who will bring him by showing such sense objects?
