Chapter 18: The Advent of Rāma, Lakṣmaṇa, Bharata and Śatrughna

तच्छ्रुत्वा वचनं तस्य राज्ञो वेश्म प्रदुद्रुवुः।
सम्भ्रान्तमनसः सर्वे तेन वाक्येन चोदिताः॥
tac chrutvā vacanaṁ tasya rājño veśma pradudruvuḥ
sambhrānta-manasaḥ sarve tena vākyena coditāḥ
tat śrutvā = hearing; vacanam = words; tasya = his; rājñaḥ = king’s; veśma = to the palace; pradudruvuḥ = ran; sambhrānta-manasaḥ = with excited minds; sarve = all of them; tena vākyena = by them; coditāḥ = and being impelled.
Hearing those words and being impelled by them, all of them ran to the king’s palace with excited minds.
