Chapter 18: The Advent of Rāma, Lakṣmaṇa, Bharata and Śatrughna

ते सर्वे हृष्टमनसस्तस्य राज्ञो निवेशनम्।
विविशुः पूजितास्तत्र निषेदुश्च यथार्हतः॥
te sarve hṛṣṭa-manasas tasya rājño niveśanam
viviśuḥ pūjitās tatra niṣeduś ca yathārhataḥ
te = of them; sarve = all; hṛṣṭa-manasaḥ = with happy minds; tasya = the; rājñaḥ = king’s; niveśanam = assembly hall; viviśuḥ = entered; pūjitāḥ = after being honored by Viśvāmitra; tatra = on their respective seats; niṣeduḥ ca = they sat; yathā-arhataḥ = as appropriate.
With happy minds, all of them entered the king’s assembly hall. After being honored by Viśvāmitra, they sat on their respective seats as appropriate.
