Chapter 18: The Advent of Rāma, Lakṣmaṇa, Bharata and Śatrughna

एवं विसृज्य तान्सर्वान्राजा सम्पूर्णमानसः।
उवास सुखितस्तत्र पुत्रोत्पत्तिं विचिन्तयन्॥
evaṁ visṛjya tān sarvān rājā sampūrṇa-mānasaḥ
uvāsa sukhitas tatra putrotpattiṁ vicintayan
evam = in the same manner; visṛjya = having sent off; tān = the other brāhmaṇas; sarvān = all; rājā = the king; sampūrṇa-mānasaḥ = his desires having been fulfilled; uvāsa = resided; sukhitaḥ = happily; tatra = there; putra-utpattim = about the forthcoming births of his sons; vicintayan = thinking.
Having sent off all the other brāhmaṇas in the same manner, the king, his desires having been fulfilled, happily resided there thinking about the forthcoming births of his sons.
