Chapter 21: The Anger and Appeasal of Viśvāmitra
Text 18
तानि चास्त्राणि वेत्त्येष यथावत्कुशिकात्मजः।
अपूर्वाणां च जनने शक्तो भूयः स धर्मवित्॥
tāni cāstrāṇi vetty eṣa yathāvat kuśikātmajaḥ
apūrvāṇāṁ ca janane śakto bhūyaḥ sa dharmavit
tāni ca = these; astrāṇi = weapons; vetti = has knowledge of; eṣaḥ = this; yathāvat = all; kuśika-ātmajaḥ = son of Kuśika; apūrvāṇām ca janane = of generating other weapons; śaktaḥ = capable; bhūyaḥ = is also; saḥ = that; dharmavit = knower of Vedic dharma.
This son of Kuśika has knowledge of all these weapons. That knower of Vedic dharma is also capable of generating other weapons.
