Chapter 21: The Anger and Appeasal of Viśvāmitra
Text 1.21.19
तेनास्य मुनिमुख्यस्य सर्वज्ञस्य महात्मनः।
न किञ्चिदप्यविदितं भूतं भव्यं च राघव॥
tenāsya muni-mukhyasya sarva-jñasya mahātmanaḥ
na kiñcid apy aviditaṁ bhūtaṁ bhavyaṁ ca rāghava
tena = therefore; asya = to this; muni-mukhyasya = chief of the sages; sarvajñasya = who is omniscient; mahā-ātmanaḥ = and of great intelligence; na kiñcit api = there is nothing; aviditam = that is unknown; bhūtam = in the past; bhavyam ca = or in the future; rāghava = O descendant of Raghu.
O descendant of Raghu, therefore there is nothing in the past or in the future that is unknown to this chief of the sages who is omniscient and of great intelligence.
