अयं सिद्धाश्रमो नाम प्रसादात्ते भविष्यति।
सिद्धे कर्मणि देवेश उत्तिष्ठ भगवन्नितः॥
ayaṁ siddhāśramo nāma prasādāt te bhaviṣyati
siddhe karmaṇi deveśa uttiṣṭha bhagavann itaḥ
ayam = this place; siddhāśramaḥ = Siddhāśrama; nāma = known by the name; prasādāt = by mercy; te = Your; bhaviṣyati = will be; siddhe karmaṇi = now that my austerities have attained perfection; deva-iśa = O Lord of the devas; uttiṣṭha = therefore please rise to incarnate [as my son]; bhagavan = O Supreme Personality of Godhead; itaḥ = from this place.
O Lord of the devas, now that my austerities have attained perfection by Your mercy, this place will be known by the name Siddhāśrama. Therefore, O Supreme Personality of Godhead, please rise from this place to incarnate [as my son].
Kaśyapa also requested the Lord to bestow His mercy upon that place, Siddhāśrama, where his performance of the activities of austerity attained perfection, that is, where the Lord became Kaśyapa’s son.
