O earth, you will be of several forms and enjoyed by many. O very unintelligent one, because you do not desire that I have a son, by the curse born of my anger, you will attain a contrary nature and you will not attain a son’s love.
Naika-rūpā indicates that earth will be of variegated nature: some places will be barren while other places will not be so, and so on. Bahu-bhāryā indicates that earth will be enjoyed by many kings.
