Chapter 41: Aṁśumān Searches for His Uncles and the Horse
Text 1.41.24
ततो राजानमासाद्य दीक्षितं रघुनन्दन।
न्यवेदयद्यथा वृत्तं सुपर्णवचनं तथा॥
tato rājānam āsādya dīkṣitaṁ raghu-nandana
nyavedayad yathā vṛttaṁ suparṇa-vacanaṁ tathā
tataḥ = then; rājānam = King Sagara; āsādya = reached and; dīkṣitam = who had been initiated into the sacrifice; raghu-nandana = O beloved child of the Raghus; nyavedayat = submitted to him; yathā vṛttam = information regarding his younger fathers; suparṇa-vacanam tathā = as conveyed by Garuḍa.
O beloved child of the Raghus, Aṁśumān then reached King Sagara who had been initiated into the sacrifice and submitted to him information regarding his younger fathers as conveyed by Garuḍa.
