नाकुण्डली नामुकुटी नास्रग्वी नाल्पभोगवान्।
नामृष्टो नानुलिप्ताङ्गो नासुगन्धश्च विद्यते॥
nākuṇḍalī nāmukuṭī nāsragvī nālpa-bhogavān
nāmṛṣṭo nānuliptāṅgo nāsugandhaś ca vidyate
na = there was no; akuṇḍalī = one [in Ayodhyā] who did not wear ear-rings; na = no; amukuṭī = a crown; na = no; sragvī = one without a garland; na = there was none; alpa-bhogavān = with very little happiness; na = no; amṛṣṭaḥ = one without an oil bath; na = no; anulipta-aṅgaḥ = one who had not smeared his body with sandalwood pulp and so on; na = no; asugandhaḥ = one who was not fragrant with kuṅkuma, kastūrī and so on; ca = and; vidyate = there was.
There was no one [in Ayodhyā] who did not wear ear-rings, or a crown or a garland. There was none with very little happiness. There was no one without an oil bath, no one who had not smeared his body with sandalwood pulp and so on, and no one who was not fragrant with kuṅkuma, kastūrī and so on.

[Bhogavān is derived from] bhoga which means happiness [7].
