पश्य मे तपसो वीर्यं स्वार्जितस्य नरेश्वर।
एष त्वां स्वशरीरेण नयामि स्वर्गमोजसा।
दुष्प्रापं स्वशरीरेण स्वर्गं गच्छ नरेश्वर॥
paśya me tapaso vīryaṁ svārjitasya nareśvara
eṣa tvāṁ sva-śarīreṇa nayāmi svargam ojasā
duṣprāpaṁ sva-śarīreṇa svargaṁ gaccha nareśvara
paśya = look; me tapasaḥ vīryam sva-arjitasya = at the strength of the austerity that I have earned; nara-iśvara = O king; eṣaḥ tvām sva-śarīreṇa nayāmi = I will right now send you in your own body; svargam = to Svarga; ojasā = with the prowess of my austerities; duṣprāpam = so difficult to attain by others; sva-śarīreṇa = in your own body; svargam gaccha = go to Svarga; nareśvara = O king.
O king, look at the strength of the austerity that I have earned. I will right now send you to Svarga in your own body with the prowess of my austerities. O king, go to Svarga, so difficult to attain by others, in your own body!
Viśvāmitra wanted to tell the king, “Forget this sacrifice. I will immediately send you to Svarga.”
