Chapter 66: The History of Lord Śiva’s bow

पुत्रौ दशरथस्येमौ क्षत्रियौ लोकविश्रुतौ।
द्रष्टुकामौ धनुःश्रेष्ठं यदेतत्त्वयि तिष्ठति॥
putrau daśarathasyemau kṣatriyau loka-viśrutau
draṣṭu-kāmau dhanuḥ-śreṣṭhaṁ yad etat tvayi tiṣṭhati
putrau daśarathasya imau = these two sons of Daśaratha; kṣatriyau = are kṣatriyas; loka-viśrutau = famous in the world; draṣṭu-kāmau = they want to see; dhanuḥ-śreṣṭham = the best of bows; yat etat tvayi tiṣṭhati = that is with you.
These two sons of Daśaratha are kṣatriyas famous in the world. They want to see the best of bows that is with you.
