Chapter 10: Daśaratha Meets Kaikeyī
Text 2.10.37
यावदावर्तते चक्रं तावती मे वसुन्धरा॥
yāvad āvartate cakraṁ tāvatī me vasundharā
yāvat = as long as; āvartate = rotates; cakram = the wheel of Sūryadeva’s chariot; tāvatī me = is mine; vasundharā = the earth.
This earth is mine as long as the wheel of Sūryadeva’s chariot rotates.
