Text 2.18.20

न राजा कुपितो राम व्यसनं नास्य किञ्चन।
किञ्चिन्मनोगतं त्वस्य त्वद्भयान्नाभिभाषते॥

na rājā kupito rāma vyasanaṁ nāsya kiñcana
kiñcin mano-gataṁ tv asya tvad-bhayān nābhibhāṣate

na = not; rājā = the king; kupitaḥ = is angry; rāma = Rāma; vyasanam = any sickness; na = not; asya = and does have; kiñcana = of any kind; kiñcit = something that; manaḥ-gatam tu = in his mind; asya = he has; tvat-bhayāt = out of fear of You; na = not; abhibhāṣate = he does reveal.

Rāma, the king is not angry and he does not have any sickness of any kind. He has something in his mind that he does not reveal out of fear of You.

She reveals in the next verse what she means by “out of fear of You.”
