मृगपक्षिभिरासीनो मुनिभिश्च समन्ततः।
राममागतमभ्यर्च्य स्वागतेनाह तं मुनिः॥
mṛga-pakṣibhir āsīno munibhiś ca samantataḥ
rāmam āgatam abhyarcya svāgatenāha taṁ muniḥ
mṛga-pakṣibhiḥ = with deers, birds; āsīnaḥ = sitting; munibhiḥ = sages; ca = and; samantataḥ = around him; rāmam = Rāma; āgatam = who had arrived; abhyarcya = honored; svāgatena = and welcome; āha = he then spoke; tam = to Him; muniḥ = the sage.
The sage, sitting with deer, birds and sages around him, honored and welcomed Rāma who had arrived. He then spoke to Him.
By the power of the sage, even animals and birds had faith and respect [in him] just like the sages [surrounding him] and served him.
