Chapter 64: Daśaratha Gives up his Life in Remembrance of Lord Rāma

सदृशं शारदस्येन्दोः फुल्लस्य कमलस्य च।
सुगन्धि मम नाथस्य धन्या द्रक्ष्यन्ति तन्मुखम्॥
sadṛśaṁ śāradasyendoḥ phullasya kamalasya ca
sugandhi mama nāthasya dhanyā drakṣyanti tan mukham
sadṛśam = which resembles; śāradasya = the autumn; indoḥ = moon; phullasya = blossomed; kamalasya = lotus; ca = and; sugandhi = the very fragrant; mama = of my; nāthasya = Lord; dhanyāḥ = the fortunate; drakṣyanti = will see; tat mukham = the face.
The fortunate will see the face of my Lord which resembles the autumn moon and the very fragrant blossomed lotus.
