कुशलास्ते नरव्याघ्र येषां कुशलमिच्छसि।
श्रीश्च त्वां वृणुते पद्मा युज्यतां चापि ते रथः॥

kuśalās te nara-vyāghra yeṣāṁ kuśalam icchasi
śrīś ca tvāṁ vṛṇute padmā yujyatāṁ cāpi te rathaḥ

kuśalāḥ = are fine; te = those; nara-vyāghra = O prince; yeṣām = whose; kuśalam = auspiciousness; icchasi = You desire; śrīḥ = the goddess of fortune; ca = and; tvām = You; vṛṇute = has chosen [to bless]; padmā = with the lotus in the hand; yujyatām ca api = please ready; te = Your; rathaḥ = chariot.

O prince, those whose auspiciousness You desire are fine and the goddess of fortune with the lotus in the hand has chosen [to bless] You. Please ready Your chariot.

The messengers said that everyone is fine to prevent Bharata from developing any doubt. Externally they wanted Bharata to be freed from misfortune but internally they desired that the prosperity of ruling the kingdom [would go to Him].
