māyayā = deceitfully; ramatām = may enjoy; nityam = forever; puruṣaḥ = the man; piśunaḥ = become treacherous; aśuciḥ = unclean; rājñaḥ = of the king; bhītaḥ tu = frightened; adharma-ātmā = adhārmika in mind and; yasya = whose; āryaḥ = noble Rāma; anumate = with consent; gataḥ = has departed [to the forest].

May the man with whose consent noble Rāma has departed [to the forest] become treacherous, unclean, frightened of the king, adhārmika in mind, and enjoy deceitfully forever.1
