Chapter 76: Bharata Performs the Final Rites for Daśaratha

क्व यास्यसि महाराज हित्वेमं दुःखितं जनम्।
हीनं पुरुषसिंहेन रामेणाक्लिष्टकर्मणा॥
kva yāsyasi mahā-rāja hitvemaṁ duḥkhitaṁ janam
hīnaṁ puruṣa-siṁhena rāmeṇākliṣṭa-karmaṇā
kva = where; yāsyasi = will you go; mahā-rāja = Mahārāja; hitvā = having given up; imam = these; duḥkhitam = distressed; janam = people; hīnam = who were [already] deprived; puruṣa-siṁhena = He is a lion among men; rāmeṇa = of Rāma; akliṣṭa-karmaṇā = and of unwearied action.
Mahārāja, where will you go, having given up these distressed people who were [already] deprived of Rāma? He is a lion among men and of unwearied action.
