Chapter 79: Bharata Prepares to go With His Army to Meet Rāma
Text 2.79.9
युज्यतां महती सेना चतुरङ्गमहाबला।
आनयिष्याम्यहं ज्येष्ठं भ्रातरं राघवं वनात्॥
yujyatāṁ mahatī senā catur-aṅga-mahā-balā
ānayiṣyāmy ahaṁ jyeṣṭhaṁ bhrātaraṁ rāghavaṁ vanāt
yujyatām = assemble; mahatī = the mighty; senā = army; catuḥ-aṅga-mahā-balā = of mighty force in its four divisions; ānayiṣyāmi = will bring back; aham = I; jyeṣṭham = My eldest; bhrātaram = brother; rāghavam = Rāghava; vanāt = from the forest.
Assemble the mighty army of mighty force in its four divisions. I will bring back My eldest brother Rāghava from the forest.
