Chapter 118: Conversation Between Sītā and Anasūyā
Text 2.118.21
सा वस्त्रमङ्गरागं च भूषणानि स्रजस्तथा।
मैथिली प्रतिजग्राह प्रीतिदानमनुत्तमम्॥
sā vastram aṅgarāgaṁ ca bhūṣaṇāni srajas tathā
maithilī pratijagrāha prīti-dānam anuttamam
sā = the; vastram = cloth; aṅgarāgam ca = aṅgarāga; bhūṣaṇāni = ornaments; srajaḥ = garlands; tathā = and; maithilī = princess of Mithilā; pratijagrāha = accepted; prīti-dānam = as gifts of love [from Anasūyā-devī]; anuttamam = the incomparable.
The princess of Mithilā accepted the incomparable cloth, aṅgarāga, ornaments and garlands as gifts of love [from Anasūyā-devī].
