Chapter 8: Śrī Rāma Departs From Sutīkṣṇa’s Āśrama
Text 3.8.20
श्रीमन्तौ रूपसम्पन्नौ दीप्यमानौ स्वतेजसा।
प्रस्थितौ धृतचापौ तौ सीतया सह राघवौ॥
śrīmantau rūpa-sampannau dīpyamānau sva-tejasā
prasthitau dhṛta-cāpau tau sītayā saha rāghavau
śrīmantau = prosperous; rūpa-sampannau = endowed with beauty; dīpyamānau = shining; sva-tejasā = with Their prowess; prasthitau = and departed; dhṛta-cāpau = took Their bows; tau = the two; sītayā = Sītā-devī; saha = with; rāghavau = descendants of Raghu.
Shining with Their prowess, the two prosperous descendants of Raghu endowed with beauty took Their bows and departed with Sītā-devī.
