Chapter 9: Sītā Requests Rāma to Give up His Weapons
Text 3.9.32

नित्यं शुचिमतिः सौम्य चर धर्मं तपोवने।
सर्वं हि विदितं तुभ्यं त्रैलोक्यमपि तत्त्वतः॥

nityaṁ śuci-matiḥ saumya cara dharmaṁ tapo-vane
sarvaṁ hi viditaṁ tubhyaṁ trailokyam api tattvataḥ

nityam = always; śuci-matiḥ = being pure in mind; saumya = o gentle one; cara = perform; dharmam = dharma; tapaḥ-vane = in [this] forest for austerity; sarvam = about everything; hi = certainly; viditam = know; tubhyam = You; trailokyam api = that takes place in the three worlds; tattvataḥ = factually.

O gentle one, always being pure in mind, perform dharma in [this] forest for austerity. You certainly know about everything that factually takes place in the three worlds.

Lord Rāma certainly knows about the various activities that constitute the means to attain the various goals of life.1

1 Lord Rāma certainly knows about the activities that the living entities in the three worlds engage in to attain dharma, artha, kāma, mokṣa and bhagavat-prema.
