Chapter 11: Rāma Goes to Agastya’s Āśrama
Text 3.11.21

आश्चर्यमिति तस्यैतद्वचनं भावितात्मनः।
राघवः प्रतिजग्राह सह भ्रात्रा महायशाः॥

āścaryam iti tasyaitad vacanaṁ bhāvitātmanaḥ
rāghavaḥ pratijagrāha saha bhrātrā mahā-yaśāḥ

āścaryam = amazing; iti = and exclaimed; tasya = of the sage; etat = these; vacanam = words; bhāvita-ātmanaḥ = whose mind was fixed on the supreme soul; rāghavaḥ = Rāghava; pratijagrāha = heard; saha = and; bhrātrā = His brother; mahā-yaśāḥ = the greatly illustrious.

The greatly illustrious Rāghava and His brother heard these words of the sage whose mind was fixed on the supreme soul and exclaimed, “Amazing!”
