kvacit = at an āśrama; paridaśān = for more than ten; māsān = months; ekam = for one; saṁvatsaram = year; kvacit = at another āśrama; kvacit ca = at another āśrama; caturaḥ = for four; māsān = months; pañca = for five months; ṣaṭ ca = for six months; aparān = somewhere else for longer than that; kvacit = somewhere; aparatra = at another āśrama; adhikam māsāt api = for five weeks; ardham adhikam = for three weeks; kvacit = at an āśrama; trīn = elsewhere for three; māsān = months; aṣṭa = for eight; māsān = months; ca = and elsewhere; rāghavaḥ = Rāghava; nyavasat = resided; sukham = happily.
Rāghava resided happily at an āśrama for more than ten months, at another āśrama for one year, at another āśrama for four months, somewhere for five months, for six months, somewhere else for longer than that, at another āśrama for five weeks, at an āśrama for three weeks, elsewhere for three months and elsewhere for eight months.
