Canto 3 -
Araṇya-kāṇḍa
Chapter 29: Rāma Breaks Khara’s Mace
Text 3.29.12

ये त्वया दण्डकारण्ये भक्षिता धर्मचारिणः।
तानद्य निहतः संख्ये ससैन्योऽनुगमिष्यसि॥

ye tvayā daṇḍakāraṇye bhakṣitā dharmacāriṇaḥ
tān adya nihataḥ saṅkhye sasainyo ’nugamiṣyasi

ye = who; tvayā = by you; daṇḍakāraṇye = in Daṇḍakāraṇya; bhakṣitāḥ = and who were eaten; dharmacāriṇaḥ = had engaged in dharma; tān = those; adya = today; nihataḥ = killed; saṅkhye = in battle; sa-sainyaḥ = along with your soldiers; anugamiṣyasi = you will follow.

Killed along with your soldiers in battle, today you will follow those who had engaged in dharma in Daṇḍakāraṇya and who were eaten by you.

It is implied here that Khara would follow them because there is a possibility of even sinners going to Svarga when they are killed [by Lord Rāma] in a battle.
