Chapter 29: Rāma Breaks Khara’s Mace
Text 3.29.11

अद्य हि त्वां मयामुक्ताः शराः काञ्चनभूषणाः।
विदार्य निपतिष्यन्ति वल्मीकमिव पन्नगाः॥

adya hi tvāṁ mayā muktāḥ śarāḥ kāñcana-bhūṣaṇāḥ
vidārya nipatiṣyanti valmīkam iva pannagāḥ

adya hi = today; tvām = you; mayā = by Me; muktāḥ = released; śarāḥ = arrows; kāñcana-bhūṣaṇāḥ = the gold-decorated; vidārya = will tear to pieces; nipatiṣyanti = and enter [the earth]; valmīkam = [piercing and entering] an anthill; iva = like; pannagāḥ = snakes.

Today the gold-decorated arrows released by Me will tear you to pieces and enter [the earth] like snakes [piercing and entering] an anthill.
