Text 3.32.19
मन्त्रैरभिष्टुतं पुण्यमध्वरेषु द्विजातिभिः।
हविर्धानेषु यः सोममुपहन्ति महाबलः॥
mantrair abhiṣṭutaṁ puṇyam adhvareṣu dvi-jātibhiḥ
havirdhāneṣu yaḥ somam upahanti mahā-balaḥ
mantraiḥ = using mantras; abhiṣṭutam = which was extracted; puṇyam = the pious; adhvareṣu = during sacrificial performances; dvi-jātibhiḥ = by the twice-born; havirdhāneṣu = [and placed] in havirdhānas; yaḥ = Rāvaṇa; somam = drink soma; upahanti = used to spoil; mahā-balaḥ = who possessed great strength.
Rāvaṇa who possessed great strength used to spoil the pious drink soma which was extracted by the twice-born during sacrificial performances using mantras [and placed] in havirdhānas.
Havirdhānas [here] refers to halls where soma is pressed [and extracted]. The mantras [in this connection refer to Vedic mantras] such as the Prātar-anuvāka and Grāva-stotra. Rāvaṇa used to destroy the soma during the sacrifice.
