वरं माल्यं वरं भोज्यं वरं वस्त्रं च शोभने।
भर्तारं च वरं मन्ये त्वद्युक्तमसितेक्षणे॥

bhartāraṁ ca varaṁ manye tvad-yuktam asitekṣaṇe
varam = is excellent; mālyam = your garland; varam = are excellent; bhojyam = your foodstuffs; varam = are excellent; vastram ca = your clothes; śobhane = O beautiful lady; bhartāram = your husband; ca = and; varam = is excellent; manye = I think that; tvat-yuktam = because of you; asita-īkṣaṇe = with dark eyes.
