Chapter 47: Rāvaṇa Reveals his Identity to Sītā
Text 3.47.27
बह्वीनामुत्तमस्त्रीणामाहृतानामितस्ततः।
सर्वासामेव भद्रं ते ममाग्रमहिषी भव॥
bahvīnām uttama-strīṇām āhṛtānām itas tataḥ
sarvāsām eva bhadraṁ te mamāgra-mahiṣī bhava
bahvīnām = the many; uttama-strīṇām = excellent females; āhṛtānām = whom I brought; itaḥ tataḥ = from many places; sarvāsām eva = among all; bhadram = auspiciousness; te = unto you; mama = my; agra-mahiṣī = chief queen; bhava = become.
Auspiciousness unto you! Become my chief queen among all the many excellent females whom I brought from many places.
