Text 3.48.6

यस्य तत्पुष्पकं नाम विमानं कामगं शुभम्।
वीर्यादेवार्जितं भद्रे येन यामि विहायसम्॥

yasya tat puṣpakaṁ nāma vimānaṁ kāmagaṁ śubham
vīryād evārjitaṁ bhadre yena yāmi vihāyasam

yasya = he had; tat = the famous; puṣpakam = Puṣpaka; nāma = named; vimānam = airplane; kāmagam = that could move at will; śubham = propitious; vīryāt eva = by dint of my prowess; arjitam = which I procured; bhadre = O auspicious lady; yena = using that Puṣpaka; yāmi = I travel; vihāyasam = through the sky.

O auspicious lady, he had the famous propitious airplane that could move at will named Puṣpaka, which I procured by dint of my prowess. I travel through the sky using that Puṣpaka.

Kāmagam (“that could move at will”) indicates that it moves according to the will of he who presides over [it].

Rāvaṇa intends to tell her, “I am that famous person known as Rāvaṇa who is endowed with such features.”
