हस्त्यश्वरथसम्बाधा तूर्यनादविनादिता।
शतयोजनविस्तीर्णा त्रिंशद्योजनमायता।
सर्वकालफलैर्वृक्षैः सङ्कुलोद्यानशोभिता॥
hasty-aśva-ratha-sambādhā tūrya-nāda-vināditā
śata-yojana-vistīrṇā triṁśad-yojanam āyatā
sarva-kāla-phalair vṛkṣaiḥ saṅkulodyāna-śobhitā
hasti-aśva-ratha-sambādhā = it is packed with elephants, horses and chariots; tūrya-nāda-vināditā = and it resounds with the sounds of musical instruments; śata-yojana-vistīrṇā = it is hundred yojanas wide; triṁśat-yojanam = and thirty yojanas; āyatā = long; sarva-kāla-phalaiḥ = which always produce fruits; vṛkṣaiḥ = that contain trees; saṅkula-udyāna-śobhitā = the city is beautiful with extensive gardens.
It is packed with elephants, horses and chariots and it resounds with the sounds of musical instruments. It is hundred yojanas wide and thirty yojanas long. The city is beautiful with extensive gardens that contain trees which always produce fruits.1
