यदिदं राज्यतन्त्रं मे त्वयि सर्वं प्रतिष्ठितम्।
जीवितं च विशालाक्षि त्वं मे प्राणैर्गरीयसी॥
yad idaṁ rājya-tantraṁ me tvayi sarvaṁ pratiṣṭhitam
jīvitaṁ ca viśālākṣi tvaṁ me prāṇair garīyasī
yat idam = these; rājya-tantram = royal assistants; me = of mine; tvayi = under you; sarvam = all; pratiṣṭhitam = I place; jīvitam = [my] life; ca = as well as; viśāla-akṣi = O wide-eyed lady; tvam = you; me = my; prāṇaiḥ = than life; garīyasī = are more valuable [to me].
I place all these royal assistants of mine as well as [my] life under you.1 O wide-eyed lady, you are more valuable [to me] than my life.
1 This means: “I offer all these royal assistants of mine as well as my life to you.” Technical note: me yad idaṁ rāja-tantraṁ jīvitaṁ ca tat sarvaṁ tvayi pratiṣṭhitaṁ tubhyaṁ samarpitaṁ tvad-adhīnī-kṛtam ity arthaḥ.
