vindaḥ = Vinda; nāma = was famous by the name; muhūrtaḥ = muhūrta; ayam = that; saḥ ca = the; kākutstha = O descendant of Kakutstha; na abudhat = didn’t know that; tvat-priyām = Your beloved wife; jānakīm = Jānakī; hṛtvā = having abducted; rāvaṇaḥ = Rāvaṇa; rākṣasa-īśvaraḥ = lord of the rākṣasas; jhaṣavat = like a fish; baḍiśam = to a bait 1; gṛhya = that clings; kṣipram eva = quickly; vinaśyati = will be destroyed.

O descendant of Kakutstha, the lord of the rākṣasas didn’t know that that muhūrta was famous by the name Vinda. Having abducted Your beloved wife Jānakī, Rāvaṇa will be quickly destroyed like a fish that clings to a bait.

Vinda refers to that muhūrta during which if one has lost his wealth, he will attain it.1 But Rāvaṇa didn’t know that. Therefore he will be quickly destroyed like a fish that clings to a bait.
