पश्य मां वीर विवशं राक्षसस्य वशं गतम्।
मयैकेन विनिर्युक्तः परिमुञ्चस्व राघव।
मां हि भूतबलिं दत्त्वा पलायस्व यथासुखम्॥
paśya māṁ vīra vivaśaṁ rākṣasasya vaśaṁ gatam
mayaikena viniryuktaḥ parimuñcasva rāghava
māṁ hi bhūta-baliṁ dattvā palāyasva yathā-sukham
paśya = look; mām = at Me; vīra = O hero; vivaśam = I am helplessly; rākṣasasya = of the rākṣasa; vaśam gatam = under the control; mayā ekena = from Me; viniryuktaḥ = get Yourself away; parimuñcasva = and free Yourself; rāghava = Rāghava; mām hi = Me; bhūta-balim = as a sacrifice to [this] creature Kabandha; dattvā = give; palāyasva = and escape; yathā-sukham = to Your full satisfaction.
O hero, look at Me—I am helplessly under the control of the rākṣasa! Rāghava, get Yourself away from Me and free Yourself! Give Me in sacrifice to [this] creature Kabandha and escape to Your full satisfaction!
The third line is an elaboration [of the first and second lines].
