दिव्याभरणसंयुक्ता दिव्यमाल्यानुलेपना।
दिव्याम्बरधरा तत्र बभूव प्रियदर्शना।
विराजयन्ती तं देशं विद्युत्सौदामिनी यथा॥
divyābharaṇa-saṁyuktā divya-mālyānulepanā
divyāmbaradharā tatra babhūva priya-darśanā
virājayantī taṁ deśaṁ vidyut saudāminī yathā
divya-ābharaṇa-saṁyuktā = she [now] had spiritual ornaments; divya-mālya-anulepanā = spiritual garlands and spiritual fragrances; divya-ambaradharā = she wore a spiritual dress; tatra = at that time; babhūva = she became; priya-darśanā = very pleasant to behold; virājayantī = she illuminated; tam = that; deśam = place; vidyut = a blazing; saudāminī = lightning; yathā = like.
She [now] had spiritual ornaments, spiritual garlands and spiritual fragrances. She wore a spiritual dress. At that time she became very pleasant to behold. Like a blazing lightning, she illuminated that place.1

“At that time” refers to the time when she was about to go to the spiritual world.
