कर्मणा तेन महता त्रैलोक्यं सचराचरम्।
सदेवर्षिगणं तुष्टं राघवस्य महात्मनः॥
karmaṇā tena mahatā trailokyaṁ sacarācaram
sadeva-rṣi-gaṇaṁ tuṣṭaṁ rāghavasya mahātmanaḥ
karmaṇā = by activity; tena = the; mahatā = great; trailokyam = the three worlds; sa-cara-acaram = the moving and the nonmoving; sa-deva-rṣi-gaṇam = as well as the devas and ṛṣis; tuṣṭam = satisfied; rāghavasya = with Rāghava; mahā-ātmanaḥ = whose nature was great.
By the great activity of killing Rāvaṇa, the three worlds, including the moving and the nonmoving as well as the devas and ṛṣis, became satisfied with Rāghava whose nature was great.
The happiness of the nonmoving can be understood by the outgrowth of sprouts and so on. The Viṣṇu Purāṇa states that they have internal awareness 55.
