Text 1.12.12
सर्वथा प्राप्स्यसे पुत्रांश्चतुरोऽमितविक्रमान्।
यस्य ते धार्मिकी बुद्धिरियं पुत्रार्थमागता॥
sarvathā prāpsyase putrāṁś caturo ’mita-vikramān
yasya te dhārmikī buddhir iyaṁ putrārtham āgatā
sarvathā prāpsyase = you will certainly have; putrān = sons; caturaḥ = four; amita-vikramān = of unbounded prowess; yasya te = [since] you have; dhārmikī = dhārmika; buddhiḥ = idea; iyam = this; putra-artham = to obtain a son; āgatā = come up with.
[Since] you have come up with this dhārmika idea to obtain a son, you will certainly have four sons of unbounded prowess.
Based on Sanat-kumāra’s prophecy, they mentioned “four sons.”
