अभिगच्छामहे सर्वे शुचयः पुण्यम् आश्रमम्।
इह वासः परोऽस्माकं सुखं वत्स्यामहे निशाम्।
स्नाताश्च कृतजप्याश्च हुतहव्या नरोत्तम॥
abhigacchāmahe sarve śucayaḥ puṇyam āśramam
iha vāsaḥ paro ’smākaṁ sukhaṁ vatsyāmahe niśām
snātāś ca kṛta-japyāś ca huta-havyā narottama
abhigacchāmahe = will go to; sarve = all of us; śucayaḥ = and having thus become pure; puṇyam = that morning ablutions pious; āśramam = āśrama; iha = this is the; vāsaḥ = place to reside; paraḥ = best; asmākam = for us; sukham = happily; vatsyāmahe = and we will pass; niśām = the night [here]; snātāḥ ca = having taken our bath; kṛta-japyāḥ = after performing our japa; ca = and; huta-havyāḥ = morning sacrifices; nara-uttama = O prince.
O prince, having taken our bath and having thus become pure, after performing our japa and morning sacrifices, all of us will go to that pious āśrama. This is the best place to reside and we will happily pass the night [here].
