Chapter 23: The History of Kāmāśrama
Text 1.23.21
तत्र वासिभिरानीता मुनिभिः सुव्रतैः सह।
न्यवसन्सुसुखं तत्र कामाश्रमपदे तदा॥
tatra vāsibhir ānītā munibhiḥ suvrataiḥ saha
nyavasan susukhaṁ tatra kāmāśrama-pade tadā
tatra = to their āśrama [for sleep]; vāsibhiḥ = the residential; ānītāḥ = they were; munibhiḥ = sages; suvrataiḥ = of good vows; saha = with; nyavasan = the guests then stayed; susukham = with great happiness; tatra = at; kāmāśrama-pade = Kāmāśrama; tadā = then brought.
They were then brought to their āśrama [for sleep]. With great happiness the guests then stayed at Kāmāśrama with the residential sages of good vows.
