इत्युक्त्वा परमप्रीतो गृह्य रामं सलक्ष्मणम्।
प्रविशन्नाश्रमपदं व्यरोचत महामुनिः।
शशीव गतनीहारः पुनर्वसुसमन्वितः॥
ity uktvā parama-prīto gṛhya rāmaṁ salakṣmaṇam
praviśann āśrama-padaṁ vyarocata mahā-muniḥ
śaśīva gata-nīhāraḥ punarvasu-samanvitaḥ
iti uktvā = having said this; parama-prītaḥ = with great happiness; gṛhya = bringing with him; rāmam = Rāma; sa-lakṣmaṇam = and Lakṣmaṇa; praviśan = entered and; āśrama-padam = the āśrama; vyarocata = shone; mahā-muniḥ = the great sage; śaśī iva = like the moon; gata-nīhāraḥ = iceless; punarvasu-samanvitaḥ = accompanied by the two Punarvasus.
Having said this, with great happiness, the great sage entered the āśrama bringing with him Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa and shone like the iceless moon accompanied by the two Punarvasus.
